A brand begins in the path of a single cup of coffee. We design the flow of ordering, waiting and sitting first, then lay finishes and lighting on top of it.
A cafe sells time spent, not products. Before fixing seat counts and turnover, Offstandard draws where a guest stops and what they photograph. That point becomes the face of the brand.
The flow set in planning carries into the estimate as unit price × quantity. Which finish covers how much area is fixed as a specification before the contract, so the design does not bend to change orders mid-build.
